OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

…in two box sets of course ^_^ Although I’m usually not buying DVDs I just had to get this series someday. And that day was this Monday. Got both Boxes for ~100€ @ amazon.de

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Holy sh*t! I guess I’m not able to manage watching those 1300 minutes of epicness this weekend.

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA

Really like the DVD artworks. Wondering if there’s an wallpaperizable version of this one out there?

Gonna start watching them on our 52” TV NOW! xD

    Guter Preis sag ich mal.
    Vorallem sollte man Panini releases frühstmöglich kaufen.
    Denn so gut wie immer macht Panini nur eine Auflage und bringt die Anime/Manga nie wieder.
    Ich habs mit der End of Evangelion DVD erlebt. Hab sie damals neu für 20€ gekauft. Ein halbes Jahr später wurde sie auf ebay nicht unter 50€ gehandelt.

    Oh come on you could watch it in one weekend just do two 15 hour shifts. That gives you 1800 minutes. That gives you some time for eating, potty breaks, and changing disks. Sleeps over rated any way. ;-)

    Ich weiss, es wurde schon gesagt aber dein Desk sieht wirklich immer meer aus wie der von Danny Oneesama. Alles was dir fehlt, sind noch ein paar halbnackte Dollfires. Go for it!

    In Liebe

    @DeJay:
    Yah, and just take a look what those NGE DVDs cost today!

    @The Geek:
    LOL, yah normally I would agree but as I need the weekend to refresh from the army I just can’t do this atm ORZ

    @Melonpan:
    Das ist durchaus nicht beabsichtigt oder doch? Wahrscheinlich ist mein doofes Unterbewusstsein daran Schuld oder mein Ghost hat sich dem von Danny angepasst oder whatever? Wir werden alle sterben! Irgendwann.

    @Kirusu:
    Thx, but I’m quiet aware of those image boards, but I’m searching for a huge version of this pic: http://konachan.com/post/show/8272/ghost_in_the_shell-kusanagi_motoko-petals

    I have yet to see the series even though I’ve got both seasons on DVD.
    Yet, I’m still missing the movies.

    optic: You don’t have to see or know the movies to understand and enjoy the series. The movies and Stand-Alone Complex have the characters and setting in common but the visuals and the overall mood is quite different. The plots aren’t even compatible, so that they don’t even reference each other. The series aren’t a continuation of the movies or vice-versa. Basically, they play in alternate multiverses. By all means, don’t think you have to watch the movies first. I’m sure there are even people who like the series but dislike the movies or vice-versa. The movies put much more emphasis on philosophy and symbolism whereas the series puts it on thrill, action and solving criminal/terrorist cases albeit there’s a LOT talking at times, too.

    (I’m a little surprised that Kurisu reveals other traits besides trolling Fruchtbrot’s blog)

    WRT Danny-san no teeburu: There’s no resemblance unless you’ll get a Mac (or two…) #rubbing_it_in :)
