Happy New Year and room upgrade (Phase 3 of 4)
As it is already 2009 in some countries (in the holy land of otaku-ism of course too):

We have ~4hours more here in Austria until the taskbar clock shows 2009. I’m already hearing explosions outside ^_^.
2008 was quiet an good year for me. I started to collect figures, completed my education and found lots of great comrades on the internet! Special Happy New Year greetings to them! Let’s be awesome on the web together in 2009 too!
On Monday I bought .. no not a new camera ^_^ … a new desk.
Got a quiet cheap glass desk with 160x85x75cm. As I had to be on 24h duty from Monday afternoon until yesterday afternoon (Special New Year greetings to PP from Otakurean who has to be on duty today!) I had to wait until today to rearranged my room. Hanging out with my new desk since a few hours and I’m completely satisfied xD
Rawwr… My new desku is definitely an improvement compared to my former setup. Will look great with two of those 24” monitors. (For those wondering: My second PC is disconnected standing in a corner of my room as I haven’t turned it on for weeks. ^_^)
Was an really great opportunity. How much do you think did this desk cost?
As I had to rearrange to setup anyhow I did a little bit of End ’08-cleaning too.
Note to myself: *Should clean my PCs external radiator more than once every three months.*

Room Upgrade = do want! Das Sammeln von teuren Plastikfiguren verleitet wirklich dazu, sich kleine Regale und Schaukästen in die Wohnung stellen zu wollen, um etwaige non-Otaku Besucher einen Initialschock zu versetzen
Aber ein (zweiter) cheap “glassu desuku” genügt mir für’s Erste wohl auch – mein Setup erinnert leider mehr an das von Iwakura Lains make-believe Vater (leider ohne BeOS, aber immerhin mit neXt step).

Ah, a new desk and stuff. Looks neat and spacious, I do not have enough space in mine lol. Then again I usually do not need that much.

With some much space around ur desk, I get the feeling u will get tempted in putting figures on it when ur top shelf runs out of room.
My desk is already packed with figma. ^^

99€ im Abverkauf. Bei den Tischen die daneben standen und mit 499€ angeschrieben waren und gleich aussahen aber definitv ein Schnäppchen.

happy new year! i stopped water cooling after i changed from the good ol s939 winchestor to the a64 x2 , low temp and dual core is great. No need to o/c anymore

and yes is a bitch to clean the radiator too, be sure to flush it every 6mths
*Drool* Ahh….Shana’s legs….er, yeah that’s a very dirty radiator. Seeing as how so much dust is accumulated here at home i’m sure my radiators are in bad shape. ^____^;

btw: Remember to adjust the screen height/seating so that while you are comfortably seated your eyes are in line with the top of the monitor screen.

Nice desu! Wollte zuerst auch einen Tisch bzw. ein Pult aus Glas erwerben. Schlussendlich habe ich mich jedoch für Bambus bzw. Mahagoni Holz entschieden. Die kleinen Abstellflächen für Figuren und dergleichen für an die Wand sind wirklich extrem do want! Jetzt fehlt mir nur noch eine freie Wand. Crap.
Und bevor ich es vergesse: Auch dir ein gutes neues schönes und sowieso.
