It is a hardcover book and comes with an character sheet for Alice and a dust jacket.

I’m really satisfied, the art is great and contains a high amount of fanservice. You get pictures with a DFC-Alice as well as pictures which show a well developed grown-up Alice. (although DFC for the most part ^_^)
